DESIGN USAGE: How do I use your designs?
All of our designs are digital machine embroidery designs to be used with an embroidery machine. You are purchasing a digital embroidery file, NOT a physical product like an iron-on patch! You MUST have a computer, a way to download and unzip the file, an embroidery machine to use these designs as well as a way to get them to your embroidery machine from your computer!

Yes. Because we value you and your privacy, we have installed on our website a secure, encrypted SSL that protects your purchases and your account.

DESIGNS: How do I receive my embroidery files?
INSTANT DOWNLOAD
All designs are instant download. Once your payment has been processed, return to our site and log into your account to download your designs. You will also receive an email with links to the downloads. If you do not receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder. Designs will NOT be mailed to you on a CD or emailed to you.

DOWNLOADING DESIGNS: Where do I find my designs to download them?
Click on MY ACCOUNT at the top right of the screen. On the left side, log in to your account using your username and password. Your purchases will be listed under AVAILABLE DOWNLOADS.

TROUBLE DOWNLOADING: I am having trouble downloading my designs. What do I do?
First, close out your browser, then reopen it. If you are still having problems downloading your designs, please restart your computer.

FORMATS: What design formats will I receive?
You will receive one zipped file. Within the main file are 12 other folders sorted by individual formats. All of our designs come in 12 different formats: ART, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PEC, PES, SEW, SHV, VIP, VP3, and XXX.
Our embroidery fonts come in these 12 formats along with BX format to be used with the EMBRILLIANCE software.

PHOTO USE: Can I use the photos of your designs for my business or in my advertising?
You are allowed to use the outline photo with the CA watermark logo left intact to advertise on your business page.

You MAY NOT use the finished photo of the stitch outs with CA watermark logo on them for your business page.

DESIGN USE: Can I use your designs for my business?
YES! You are allowed to use our designs as follows:

  1. Use the applique/embroidery designs to sew on items for personal use.
  2. Sell items you have sewn with our designs in your small business, on your personal website, Etsy, Craft shows, Artfire, etc.
  3. Use the sewn designs for small commercial jobs NOT to exceed 1,000 products. NO MASS PRODUCTION
  4. Use the outline photo with the watermark left intact for use on your business page.

What am I not allowed to do with your designs?

  1. NOT allowed to sell, resell, share, giveaway and/or copy the digital designs in part or whole.
  2. CANNOT use our designs as is or altered in any way and sell or claim them as your own.
  3. CANNOT share or give away our designs for free.
  4. CANNOT use any parts of our designs to create your own designs in part or whole and sell on a competitor website.
  5. CANNOT use our fonts to create embroidery designs of your own and then sell the digital embroidery file of those designs.
  6. MAY NOT use our designs for heat transfers or screen printing.
  7. MAY NOT use our designs for vinyl.
  8. MAY NOT use our designs for vinyl designs using a cutting machine such as Silhouette Cameo, Cricut or the like.
  9. MAY NOT use our designs to create printed paper items.
  10. MAY NOT use our designs for web design graphics.
  11. MAY NOT use our designs for logos or any other derived works.
  12. MAY NOT use our designs to make cutting machine files out of any of our designs for personal or commercial use.
  13. MAY NOT use our deigns for mass production or manufacturing like Zazzle/Spoonflower/Cafe Press or the like.
  14. MAY NOT use our designs to create bulk items to be sold wholesale to retail stores or wholesaled to larger companies or internet sites or any other means.

All designs are the intellectual property of Creative Appliques. All copyrights remain with Creative Appliques. By purchasing our digital designs, you have permission to use that design file to sew onto your items. It does not give you the right to resell the design. By purchasing our designs you agree to these terms of use.

REFUNDS: Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of this product, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be given for any reason.
