Heart Banner In the Hoop Design

The Heart Banner is full of LOVE and the perfect companion to our Valentine Pocket Posy!! You can easily personalize this banner to reflect your personality. We include a blank heart banner so you may add your own lettering. After stitching, you can tie them together with ribbon, twine or raffia threaded through the buttonholes that are stitched on the pennants.
