Finished all in one hooping! NO additional stitching
4 Sizes plus 4 extra files with 2 masks in one hoop. No 4X4 hoop size.
- Pleats to be able to expand down over the chin
- Pocket on back to add extra protection or carbon filter
- Slots on the side to use with variable elastic, bias tape, or ribbon
- Able to use with 2 ties around the ears or 1 long piece around the back of the head.
- Slot to add a piece of metal on the bridge of the nose

I like this pattern very much only the fabric overlays when I make it in the largest hoop ( 2x xl pattern). Is this normal? I can’t move because it is the largest hoop

love this facemask . I’ve been making 2 at a time on my hoop but find that the fabric overlaps. Either spread the two further apart of reduce the size of the fabric pieces.

With not much time to spare I was asked to make 28 masks in school colors for teachers. I searched for the right pattern to use and purchased this one. I also watched the video and the first mask I sewed along with the video. I then cut out and ironed the fabric per instructions. All of the prep work was done. To sit and sew the 28 masks was a breeze, The reason I chose this pattern was that the tabs on the size are actually casing for elastic or ribbon. No matter how you finish the mask, the person who receives it can easily change from elastic to ties with the simple casings. Fantastic!

This is by far the best mask design I’ve seen, and I’ve looked at a LOT of designs! It’s great for those needing extra protection with a filter, and has a pocket for a wire over the nose. I’ve made these for nurses and for friends…just waiting on the filter fabric to put inside for new ones. The details are really well thought out, even stitching the folds in the right direction so that the presser foot doesn’t get caught in the folds. Even if I digitized it myself, I couldn’t think of anything to improve. Job well done!!
