    Since this is a machine embroidery designs, there is a tie in at the beginning and a tie off at the end of the design. This prevents the stitching from unraveling. In order to prevent a knot at the beginning of the design, there are two (2) options to prevent this:
    1. Some machine have a setting that allows you to turn off the ties.
    2. Advance the design to the first stitch, then drop the needle down one stitch and then bring it back up all while holding the top thread. Then pull the bobbin thread up to the top. You will then be able to take a hand needle and bury these stitches into the quilt.

    Recommended supplies:
    1. Regular polyester embroidery thread. For the bobbin, I wind the same weight thread as the top thread. I love Exquisite thread

    These pumpkin quilt blocks allow the option to use up to 4 different fabrics for the pumpkin and are pieced in one hooping. The stem and the pumpkin stitch in one hooping; the stem will need to be sewn to the pumpkin. They are meant to be used to create larger projects like placemats, table runners, wall hangings, pillow covers, quilt tops, etc.

    The design files are 1/2″ larger: 4.5″, 5.5″, 6.5″, 7.5″, 8.5″, 9.5″, 10.5″, 11.5″.
    This file includes finished block sizes: 4″, 5″, 6″, 7″, 8″, 9″, 10″, 11.

    Purchase includes:

    1. One (1) quilt block in eight (8) sizes.  
    2. SVG cut files for use with a cutting machine to cut fabric. 
    3. Die line stitch file to create a stitched template.
    4. Die line PDF to print paper patterns to cut fabric
