ITH peppermints to decorate for the holiday season!! This sweet peppermint was designed to enhance our Christmas pennants as a filler but works well as a garland too! We have three sizes ranging from 2.5 inches to 4 inches. After stitching, you can tie them together with ribbon, twine or raffia threaded through the buttonholes that are stitched on the pennants.
