This shape is a light stitching that is intended to stitch on top of any fabric with loft, pile, or nap. Sherpa, fleece, wool, etc. are perfect mediums to use this stitching. Use thread in the same color as the item you are sewing on to so the shape blends in. Then sew a monogram on top in a contrasting color to really have your monogram pop.

Before I had the embrilliance enthusiast to use knockdown stitching I needed this for a blanket with very high pile of fluff. I made it for a friend’s baby and I didn’t take a picture to show. But it came out excellent!! I was on the fence about enthusiast at the time, but I went and did an upgrade so I’ll have knockdown stitches for all my high pile projects I highly recommend this if your not interested in buying the upgrade
